GVMS - Goods Vehicle Movement Service
Every commercial vehicle moving between the EU and GB needs a GMR, with declarations attached against it. We handle the records for you.
IPAFFS
Products of Animal Origin, animal by-products and high-risk feed must be pre-notified via IPAFFS at least four hours before arrival. We take care of it.

Awarded Authorised Economic Operator status by HMRC. Our procedures are maintained and reviewed to a consistently high standard.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you complete a declaration?
We can usually complete a customs declaration within 2 hours of receiving complete, correct information. If something is urgent, call us and we will prioritise it.
Do I need an EORI number?
Yes. Any UK business importing or exporting goods needs an EORI number that starts with GB. If you do not have one yet, we can talk you through registering on gov.uk.
What documents do you need from me?
Typically the commercial invoice, packing list and transport details, plus any licences or certificates your goods require. We will confirm exactly what is needed for your shipment.
Can you pay VAT and duties for me?
Yes. We hold our own Duty Deferment account, so if you do not have your own facility we can pay VAT and duties to HMRC on your behalf and invoice you afterwards.
Can you clear privately imported cars and motorcycles?
Yes. We handle customs clearance for cars and motorcycles, whether imported privately or commercially, including the import declaration and VAT and duty arrangements, so the vehicle can be registered in the UK.
Which ports do you cover?
All UK ports, including Dover, Felixstowe, Harwich, Immingham and Hull, for both RORO and container traffic.
